Packages are sent via GLS for Italy and UPS for foreign countries. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 3 (three) working days starting from the day following that in which Tartuber SRL has confirmed the order to the Customer through a special order confirmation email.

Whatever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to check the route of your package online.

Shipping costs include packing and postage. Packing costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders executed separately, and each of them will be charged shipping costs. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is given to fragile items.

In any case, the exact transport prices for each European country of destination are indicated at the time of check-out of the shopping cart.
